What outstanding staff, The Bistro staff too!!! The breakfast was so amazing, even though it was expensive, and the pool was amazing even without a hot tube for mum, we enjoyed our stay here so much. We will be back, and are looking forward to it! Thank you for allowing my children who have autism to feel welcome as they played, ran around a bit much, and may have caused a bit of a ruckus without a complaint about their behavior. I did have a man during the day who wasn't pleasant, but whatever you never know what anyone is going through these days.

I would have given more stars, however they over charge for room rates, the wifi was non working. I booked online and was quoted 200 for the night as a member, got here they upped my price 20 dollars. Over priced hotel. Stayed one year ago and paid 100 which seems to be what it should have been for the night. I only needed a room to be close to the UofM medicine school to test in the morning but next time I'll stay elsewhere.

Everything was great and I am actually happy to see they aren't doing daily maid service anymore. That was a waste, and there's plenty of other things to enjoy in the facility (nice food options, beverages, open spaces for meetings, etc.). I was fortunate enough to get a Bonvoy upgrade, which meant a lot because I rarely travel these days.

I was very excited to have a night away from my kids and sit in a hot tub, no mention of it being closed when I booked. Hotel room sink was clogged and disgusting. A/C was blasting when we got into our room (in January) and needed a morning coffee from their coffee bar but apparently the employee was running late. Front desk guy, Dave I believe, was of absolutely no help. Will not stay here again. This was not the first time I have had a bad experience at this particular location.
