Finding a new salon. Every time for the past 2 years I get a pedicure here I come home 3 days later with a toe infection in my big toe. Isn’t it protocol to clean the tools. They also don’t give fresh acetone to soak gel nails in. Old bowls of acetone is poured into buckets next to the sinks and this is where they dump from for new customers. I would love to be a fly on the wall when the health inspector comes.

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have never bled from someone cutting my cuticles until now. So expensive and not at all what I wanted.

I have been coming here for over 6 years and they are the most talented salon in the area with the best prices. Most places are hit or miss but they are always consistent and so pleasant. Employees are always laughing and create a very welcoming atmosphere. They are BYOB as well which is a plus! Highly recommend American nails and they are phenomenal with children!

Originally I was going to do one star but I did two ONLY because the salon is beautiful. But the service here is awful. The staff was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them with a simple request. The nail tech kept telling me to “move” and was very impatient, even though it was 10:30 am and pretty empty. Then, they tried to charge me more than what their website says. No reason to treat a person like this. I was there the day before but my color didn’t match my bridesmaid dress so I had to come back and for some reason they weren’t happy? Are you kidding? I spent $70 plus tip yesterday and I was willing to pay for the new gel, I just wanted it on top instead of take off the entire thing, and they were still angry. What a joke.
