Can’t express enough my gratitude to NFCU. NFCU approved my auto loan 6 points lower than 3 other banks and to top it off it took 25 minutes. Went to pick up the check at their Gurnee location and the personnel there couldn’t of been more friendly, quick, or more informational. Thank you Navy Federal and my wallet also thanks you! Regardless of my past experiences I love this bank more than any other bank I’ve ever been with. BUT this particular branch I always end up going to Krystal and she’s super unprofessional and never tries to help me out which results in 1 star.

Apparently Navy Federal in Illinois doesn’t offer any assistance for payment deferrals or due date extensions for loans for service members going on deployment overseas. Quite disappointing really. Recommend going with USAA instead.
