Stopped here for the first time to visit friends who were moving back to the east coast. They had a few days until they would be ready to leave but escrow on their PS condo had closed. The room was on the first floor and had two queen size beds. The room was larger than I had expected and was well appointed for being a budget motel. I definitely will recommend this property. A room like this is becoming harder to find and still be centrally located. You can walk to downtown / the Arenas area in less than 20 minutes from here. If you don't want to walk (as I have found 99% of the locals do not), you can catch the Line 1 bus a few blocks away. The bus comes about every 20 minutes and will get you to Arenas in less than 10 minutes. Enjoy your stay!!

It was a place to sleep, not fancy at all, it was clean but carpet was old, the whole room & bathroom need TLC, there are no luggage tracks to move your suitcases, by elevator, upstairs 3rd floor for us. There was an ok breakfast buffet by the pool. Don't eat the powdered eggs, they're pretty bad. Pool was nice but full of bugs & debris. The skimming net was ripped & black, useless for removing anything. Possibly time to invest in a new one?

Verified Hotel Guest

Positive: Good location. Negative: Exremely tired and rundown. The room, and the common areas of the hotel, had not been painted or maintained in twenty years. There was an ashtray outside our door that was overflowing wiith butts, never got emptied. Trash was piled up outside.

Staff was friendly and the pool had a nice view and was clean. Rooms were oddly set up, very old, shower did not have good water pressure, toiletries provided had obviously been opened and refilled, lots of cracks and stains on the walls and curtains. Beds were ok, pillows were horrible. Was further from downtown than expected.
