I recently bought a bronco at Edwards Ford in Wahala South Carolina. I actually drove from Georgia because of their excellent rating. My sales person, Beaux, was extremely knowledgeable he also was very polite and had a great sense of humor as well. You could tell he was very experienced at his job and I was in and out in a couple hours with a brand-new car! He did not tire from letting me test drive several vehicles and pointed out the pros and cons with each one based on what I told him I preferred. Their finance department was quick and I got a good interest rate! I would not hesitate to make the drive to Edwards Ford for your next vehicle!!

We come up to Devils Fork to go camping I ended up blowing a tire out of my truck in the process of going out looking for Tire I stumbled across a 2021 Denali at Edwards! Well I fell in love with the truck lol one of the main stipulations was that I had to have a hitch to go in the truck to get my fifth wheel camper back home!! Well these guys on a Friday night around 8pm started a search for what I needed! Around 930 or 10 o’clock Saturday morning they called me and said we have your stuff I went down there we checked it all out and if it wasn’t right they were willing to drive almost five hours round-trip to get what I needed! While I was trying to decide what I wanted to do no one was ever pushy very very nice customer service was awesome I am from Charleston South Carolina and for my next vehicle I will drive four hours to go back and see them!!

The repair was to replace 4 'blend door actuator' motors under the dashboard...not an easy repair. Turns out the only had to replace 3 actuators and the repair was quicker and cost less than I was quoted. Emma at the service desk was good at keeping me informed of the repair progress.

I'm by no means a car person and feel like I get talked into buying all the wrong things which usually gives me a lot of anxiety about getting my car serviced. Let me tell you that I just had the best experience I have ever had with Emma in the Service Department. No stress, no hassle, she got it done fast but more importantly it was done right. Well done Edwards Ford. You could use about 10 more of her.
