Great customer service! Many places have the bogus excuse to not help in the parking lot bc of "covid", but the gentleman at o reilleys came out to help me replace a brake light. Thank you!

Needed a new headlight and was super confused which one I was installing….thought I had the wrong part…LeGrande checked my lightbulb, said that one was good, then followed me outside and helped me change the correct bulb. I think if my dad was still around he would have treated the situation the same way. I really appreciate that, the extra customer service really means a lot. My new go-to auto part location 😊

Flawed Dizign

Didn't actually make a purchase or have an auto parts need but impressed enough with these folks that it's worth a minute to express their quality of care and service. Details aren't important, but the effort and time they put into helping and doin' us a solid on an issue they had no reason or gain from by doing so is the type of customer service I'd pay higher prices for in trade and gladly recommend to others in need. Thanks for holding onto and keeping our item (and trust) secure! We appreciate you
