It was my first time here. I made an appointment with Dr. B as my new primary care physician. I appreciate the ease of making an appointment online, and the fact that they use MyChart to store your records / get in contact with the doctor. The receptionist was very pleasant and I was taken back by the nurse promptly at my scheduled time. The nurse was kind, took my vitals and the doctor was seen immediately after. Dr. B was SO informative and has great bedside manner. She informed me of all my options and made me feel very comfortable. I will recommended this location and Dr. B to anyone.

Called to have my daughter see a Physician. When we arrived we was told she would be seen by a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse practitioner Ms. Publete told me her she would call in a prescription to my pharmacy. She did not and I had to chase it for 3 days! What is the use of going for an acute condition and not being able to get the required medication? Also my daughter was not told that Ms. Publete was an "Advanced Nurse Practitioner" so her insurance charged her a specialist fee which the co-pay is 5 times as much as a Primary Care Physician/Nurse. I called multiple times to talk woth Jennifer Shorey, Office Manager. She did not respond to my calls or to my letter. Neither my family nor I will ever use this facility.

We have always had a fairly good experience at RWJ Med Assoc. But over the past few months, no one answers or returns calls, now for 8 days. My husband has been ill and even to the ER for an emergency and still cannot get a hold of his PCP. I am also a provider and this would not fly. I called the hospital to find out who is running this "doctor's office" and also left a messsage. I'm getting his records transferred to the NP that left to move on at another practice who I use as well. 0 STARS 0 Customer Service and nearly negligent barring on malpractice.

Turning away walk ins for Express Care. Not the first time this has happened. Sign on door portrays hours as 7am-3pm, thinking I had enough time. Receptionist stated all slots were filled for walk ins. Tells me to come back tomorrow at 7am but they can't guarantee a Provider will be there... So waste more of my time with the possibility of no provider being available.
