Faye at the front desk is really great. Anytime id call fortunately she answered and even with my speech trouble she is patient and understanding. She connected me several times with who i needed to be connected with very grateful, and they reach out to check on you after your surgery. Very grateful to her.

Awful service here! Called in mid May to make an appointment with a female doctor and was given a July 1 appointment. Despite the long wait for the day of appointment, I get a call the day before, on June 30, saying they have to cancel my appointment. When I ask when the next appointment opening is with the same doctor, I was given the date of August 26! Basically another 2 months I would have to wait! They don’t care about patients here! Awful service no care and no apologies or willingness to resolve!!

HORRIBLE customer service. The man(wish I got his name) was nasty and combative from the start. All I was trying to do was change an appointment. This happened at 11:40 AM on May 2, 2022. He kept asking what doctor. It was a procedure I have to have done. I had to hang up because he just wanted to argue.
