We just moved to Hamilton but we have always use the YMCA at our previous address. And they were always so friendly and nice at the other location where we previously lived. But this was not the case at this Hamilton location the supervisor spoke to me like I was a child he was rushing me through trying to sign up my three kids in different activities. I asked to speak to the manager she was extremely nice and helpful she actually took her time to explain everything to me. They cancel swimming on two different occasion they said they were going to give me back a credit on the kids account which never showed when you’re trying to find out about it nobody has any answers. I try to reach out to the swimming instructor on different occasion through email and phone she never picks up the phone and she doesn’t return email. This is not the service I’m a custom too at my previous address. They just put a bitter taste in my mouth

The Y is great, but since it's near Samuel Alito Way, only men are allowed to decide whether or not you are allowed to drive to it. Plan accordingly.

Hi Joseph - When you click the button to reserve a time, you can complete the form with your information. When you provide an e-mail address in the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can cancel up to 2 hours prior by clicking Change or Cancel at the bottom of the email. After 2 hours the reservation will say it is out of the time to make changes. Hope this helps!
