This is by far the slowest DMV I have ever been too. It has the worst system of processing in walk-in's. Not everyone has the timeline to make an appt and has to do a walk-in. They literally make you wait hours and have total disregard for walk-in's. They need a much better and more efficient way of doing this. This is a terrible, terrible system.
tami larock
Went here to renew my license... 220 appt, arrived at 145. I didn't anticipate how busy they would be! Seen at 330. Staff were very nice, but limited in number, hence the long wait.

Love that you can make appointments now. A little confusing that you just sit down and wait to be called but it works.

Yes
There not doing same day however if there's openings anywhere else that same day you can go there. My son took his written in tamworth and driving in Concord on the same day 2 weeks ago..
If you asked an answerable question, I might be able to answer it. Lol
Can I get a placard and and Tamworth
Ss better but w2 with full social will work
Proof of residency: car title, registration. Go to their website for types of licenses. If you want to fly in the US, you'll need additional documents. Note that the birt certificate needs the raised stamp and can't be the original from the hospital. It has to be from the city or town.
you should. they are busy
I believe your best option would be to make an appointment, I don't believe you can change that online. If you make an appointment, you're likely to wait, at Tamworth, only an hour or two, rather than several hours if you just walk in.
Yes she needs an appt go online and you can make one. I believe it is the closest one but when you get online it will list all the dmvs and you choose which one you want an appt at
You can go and put in a change of address in person, or you can do it on line, if you just want to inform them of your new address. If you want a new license with your new address on it you will need to pay for that, not sure how much but I hope this helps
There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how busy it is at any given day or time, according to the clerks. The actual process is fairly quick, make sure to have all proper documentation ready.
The most commonly used documents to prove identity include a social security card and either a certified copy of a birth certificate or an unexpired passport. Proof of residency, such as a valid, unexpired New Hampshire driver license or non-driver ID, utility bill or property tax bill, will also be required.
Once it expires yes before that it will depend on your updated classes and stuff you need to renew
No
Proof of residency (A letter from your local town hall, lease, etc.), your old license, birth cert, and SS Card
Any day during the week. Mondays and Fridays are the busiest days for them.
Take a PTO day. :/
