Travis, the GM was working the desk when we checked in last Friday and for what seemed like the rest of that weekend. I am not sure if he was short staffed or what but he certainly did not show it. Great service and attitude. Always very friendly and would address you in passing. You can tell that he loves what he does and we enjoyed our stay! When our family comes back we will absolutely stay here again!

The stay here was Excellent ! From start Adrian at the front desk was Awesome. The entire staff was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast hostess was excellent, though I was late ( just after 10am) getting down our 1st morning ...She still made accommodations for us to eat. Very appreciated...wasn't a hard stop at 10am !! My bed was comfy, my linens smelled so fresh in fact ...Thank you to our house cleaning host for the extra shampoo 😊

Let me start by saying all the staff was amazing! Very friendly and very helpful, could not ask for more. Honestly some of the best staff at a hotel I have seen in a very long time. The room on the other hand was kinda lacking. We stayed in room 411, the toilet seat is yellow, the sink was cracked, tub faucet leaked all night, one set of blinds did not work, stains on the walls and carpet, front door does not close properly so you have to push it closed kinda hard. I know they are doing a renovation on the hotel but for the $359 I spent I was hoping for better. Parking was kinda meh, they are currently repainting the exterior and their lifts took up a few spaces. The staff is the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

We were in town for the high school state swim competition, and was initially dismayed about how far this hotel was from the nataorium. However, after staying here, I understand why it's our school districts go-to hotel. It's a quick drive-in to the downtown area and the service here was fabulous! From the front desk check-in experience, to the morning breakfast spread. We were very impressed. Shout outs to front desk clerk Alex and breakfast area attendant, Shelia. We will back!
