Hotel chains just aren't what they used to be unless your paying $300 a night. This place will never get my business again. I stayed here from 8-2 to 8-5-22. The rooms are basic. The furniture is ancient. There was a couch in my room that looked like someone had died on the pullout. The couch looked like it came out of a time when they first invented pullout sofas. The air condition was leaking condensation all over my floor. It was soaked the whole time. The room wreaked of mold and mildew. I went down and asked about changing rooms and they gave me the run around and were gonna charge all kinds of change fees, charging me more because there weren't any more singles available. I have never been anywhere where the company treats the customer with such disregard and disrespect. Worst hotel ever don't waste your time and money.

Room was not very clean. AC was not cooling room. Called front desk and was told they have no other rooms & I can check out and get a full refund. Maintenance had left and clerk at desk was only employee, so AC issue could not be addressed. Where am I going to go @ 8pm on a Friday with 2 kids?? Would not recommend.

Stay away from this one. Checked in- 3rd floor hotel hallway dank & very hot, mustve been over 80degrees. (End of May 2022) sweat & moldy smell. 1st Room #312 carpet had crumbs, dirt and hair from previous guests and was Hot it too was upwards of 80°, bathroom tub stopper broken too. Reported to front desk, they couldnt do anything until speaking with managee. We left for dinner, they called said maintenance fixed a/c, but couldn't do anything about dirty carpet cleaning staff was off and they couldn't get me a vacuum cleaner to use. The room A/C was nit repaired when we came back, room was still hot, very hot. So, room #2 #317 I was told maintenance had xhecked room and turned a/c down -room should be cool, we loaded our belongings headed down the hall, opened door it was even hotter than 1st room! Room #3 #321 a/c worked great but room had a horrible odor hitel didn't have any air freshner, but we were tired it was cool so that'd have to be tomorrow's problem. Woke up showered went to dry hair... the blowdryer electrical cord was spliced and held together with two wire nuts and electrical tape!!! NO WAY that is safe in a wet area!!! Pool was cloudy but the 30+ unsupervised teenagers didn't seem to mind doing cannonballs and belly flops into it. (You know its bad when over 10 teenage boys are walking down a common hallway talking about how hot and smelly the hotel is. 🤦🏻‍♀️

If I could give 0 I would. We came up for a conference and checked in a little before noon. Front desk attendant was pleasant and I was looking forward to a great stay. I opened my moldy room to discover an obviously very broken sofa and as a handicapped person (NO accessible rooms bty) this was my only choice to sit on. I called immediately to the front desk and asked for at least a chair. I did not have a chance to look at the rest of the room as I need to get to the convention which was onsite. When I returned to the vroom we found it to be freezing and smelling of mold. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep on moldy bedding and pillows. When we got out of bed floor was soaked with water and gushing between toes. Again we complained via phone and was told they could send maintenance up and maybe fix issues after Sunday when we leave. I was not ok with that and went downstairs to desk and was told I cannot talk to manager they don't have any onsite. Frustrated I told them fix it or I leave and suddenly manger shows up. To top it off NO discount or air conditioner at conference. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
