I've never asked anyone, but I'm pretty sure they'll be allowed unsupervised. The pool itself doesn't really have any parts deeper than 5 ft 4 in if I'm not mistaking.

No. I called and asked first. I am from Jim Thorpe and they allowed us to swim. However there was some hesitancy when I first asked so it might only be open to local towns

Not sure on the current price but yes they are cheaper if bought before the swim season begins. Call and inquire about preseason prices.
