The majority of the staff has insane attitude problems. When you ask to speak to a manager to report how poorly you were treated, the receptionists will give you the run around and tell you that the manager will reach back out to you later and that they will pass on the message. But you won’t hear from a manager, even after calling several times. Don’t dare miss your appointments…… even if they fail to call you for it. They’ll drop you as a patient quicker than molasses moves in July. Save yourself the stress and just avoid this psychiatric office. I’ve met people that work knee deep in sewage nicer than anyone that works here (besides the nurse practitioner, Ron… he is the only positive/useful person this place has to offer.) They ought to shut down, they cause patients more harm than good. It’s a shame. Truthfully. I am more than disappointed in the care I received here.

My child has been a patient for several months and EVERY interaction we've had with the staff (scheduling/billing/councellors/doctors) has been courteous and professional. When I've called with questions, staff has always responded promptly with answers. They also make me feel involved in my child's treatment. Highly recommend!

My experience with this office has been nothing but positive. I have not witnessed anything of concern. I just want to stress that the staff all have a background in higher education and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. As for rude people well, they all seem to be here - not in the office.
