I’m up from The gulf coast, I left my depression Rx by mistake at home and thought this VA clinic could help out this 90% rated Veteran with PTSD/Depression. So I also must say I work for the Veterans Health Administration for 20 yrs and I get no help for my mental health issue! The clerk told me she would have to transfer my record to New Jersey then I’d need an appointment, It’s seems they would access remote data, have a provider write me a paper script or call a local Walgreens and help me out! This was a total failure to help a veteran in need. Luckily I found a Walgreens and through My healthy vet app I managed to contact my psychologist who called me a refill into this pharmacy. The administrator of this facility should address this issue ASAP as this should never happen to another veteran in need, especially for a mental health medication.
