The service was great. The steak had a smoke flavor that was ok at first but by the end of the meal I was over it. The mashed potatoes where dry. It's a large place but an open concept it makes it loud. We had a hard time hearing each other.

I believe it's 5:30 Probably best to call the restaurant directly to double check the hours. There's also a happy hour that lasts until 6:00
Normal restaurant protocols. Regular disinfectant cleaning, masks required when not seated, social distancing, etc. I felt safe but understand that it is a popular and busy restaurant. Excellent food and service BTW. Enjoy!
Smoking is not permitted in the outside seating. There is a place near the front of the restaurant where you may smoke - where patrons are not dining

I would think it's somewhere between 430 pm to 6 pm. They have the menu online if you search "Kaluz Happy Hour". Fran's right, the food and drink is amazing!!
No dress code. Respectable casual is acceptable.
Kaluz is American Food. Variety of things. Delicious. Would definitely go again. Service was outstanding! Great parking too!

Its unfortunate that you would make a comment about the restaurant being "low rent" when you have not been there. Now that the restaurant is open to the public, I hope that you will go for lunch, dinner, or happy hour. It is a beautiful place with excellent food and service.
