The room was exactly like the pic online so at least we knew what to expect. The bathroom faucet was loose. It wasn't leaking and for 1 night I wasn't going to complain. The little breakfast in the morning was actually quite good. They had little omelets with cheese, peppers, and maybe onions in them, those were tasty. The breakfast sandwiches were a sausage patty an egg patty and two mini-pancakes. Other than having sat in the warmer thing a little long those were good too. They had waffle batter and my wife made a waffle or two, also good. So overall a pretty good, or standard, stay with a nice little breakfast offering. The people upstairs were banging around till like midnight or later so that was quite annoying but not the hotel's fault. I think we preferred this somewhat to the doubletree in the same area we stayed at last year.

Huge shout out to Angela at the front desk. She really went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable and that I was happy. I used to work in the hotel industry for several years and I can spot a great employee when I see one. Angela was definitely it. She really made my stay!

Max Factoria

This was a decent hotel. Had a king suite with a pullout. The king bed was definitely v shaped (having everyone who slept on it roll to the middle). The rook was clean, the kids loved the pool. Breakfast was nice, self serve. Double tree across the street would have been better, except for the double beds in a room for us doesn't always work (kids are getting big).

Traveled to Rochester to watch my son compete at a college sporting event. Got this hotel last minute one of the only in the area that are pet friendly! I can not say enough about the front desk staff especially Sarah! She was so friendly and accommodating. I was with my 87 year old Mother and they treated her like she was a rockstar!! Bottom line, price is good, rooms are big spacious and CLEAN, and most important the STAFF IS AMAZING! Highly recommend.
