Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday... rooms are small but very nice.
My only comment is going to be that you are missing things in the room when cleaning comes in, be very careful or choose another building.

The cost of the free resort is 34 dollars per day per room. Includes wifi in all facilities, and everything you need for the beach (deck chair, towels, umbrellas). Parking I don't know why I didn't rent a car

I'd recommend an Uber. Parking is crazy and traffic is usually insane. If your intention us to hit Sobe a lot, I'd suggest staying in South Beach and just walk from place to place.
