Would it kill to set up a system where you are sent a text message when you are ready to be seen instead of waiting around for hours in a waiting room? It’s 2022. Think about it. It ain’t rocket science. Don’t be a boomer.

This has been by far an awful experience trying to speak with a staff member. I keep getting a call center where i have to confirm my information 9 times, and get transferred around, only for them to 'send a message' to the department for them to call me. Either a.) they never call me, or b.) God forbid i miss the call 5 days later and now i have to start the whole process again. Super duper frustrating. I have been going rounds with them for 4 months to actually speak with someone from the office and get some scheduling answers resolved. I am THIS frustrated and i havent even seen a doctor there yet. I can't imagine what my experience is going to be like once I actually get an appointment scheduled. Jees.

I am so thankful for the doctors who saw my 20-month-old son. He had an accident and poked his eye. Most opthalmologists won't help a baby and I was desperate for someone to give a definite diagnosis. Yes, I did have to wait a few hours, but the doctors were kind and very knowledgeable. They had to remove a piece of debris from my son's eye. For those giving negative reviews, please understand this is a walk-in clinic. Anyone can come even if you don't have an appointment. I understand it's frustrating to wait, but in my case, I was so grateful for an opthalmologist who would help my baby. They are building a brand-new facility to open this fall.

This review is for the lady that works the front door . She takes your temperature which is a joke. Makes you double mask. She is basically yelling at people in the waiting room that they need to sit down even when there are no chairs because the doctors are overbooked. She makes the caregivers of patients leave or sit in a separate section of the hospital. It’s stressful enough coming to see a doctor here and she is making it so much worse! She thinks she is the waiting room police. She is treating everyone walking through the door with such disrespect!
