Thanks for your question. Patients can park in our attached parking garage on any level except the level marked in green (reserved for doctors). You will need to enter the hospital on the yellow/blue level. If it’s after hours, you have to use the ER entrance.

What are visitors hours in labor and delivery?

When I gave birth they gave me a form to fill out and send in with a payment of $14 and $2 for any additional copies of birth certificates to DuPage county clerk I believe. Do you have that form?

Where do I get the answer to this question? Do they have detox!
