After an awful experience at a dealership (that I was luckily able to get out of), we came here. We got the exact vehicle we wanted with a better interest rate than anywhere else we tried. Even with not so great credit. The staff are very nice and the process was super quick and simple. Their fees are a lot less than some places and their extended warranty is cheaper and covers a lot more. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Hands down the best car buying experience we ever had. We didn’t have to be there for hours. We found a car we love. The process was amazing. Chris kept me up to date and I highly appreciate it. Chris is an awesome guy. Very friendly and great with my kids. Not pushy or hasty about anything. When we signed papers, they let us look everything over for as long as we wanted. I highly recommend carmax and especially Chris!

About 3 or 4 days after I went online to have the car moved from a few hours away, I was notified that it had arrived and would be ready in a couple of days, after it was inspected. After hearing nothing further for about a week and a half I called CarMax to find out that there was a discrepancy on the title of about 900 miles. I had to wait another week while the car was driven those 900 miles. Other than that very poor initial communication, the experience was pretty good. The price was pretty comparable to what I found at other dealers. The staff at the local store was friendly, and the 24 hour test drive is a nice feature.
