We recently hired Normandy for a major renovation to our first floor living space which involved the relocation of our kitchen and updating our living and dining rooms. Throughout the process, our designer Ashley Noethe and superintendent Brian Preston were highly professional in making our remodel a success. From the start, Ashley was extremely instrumental in creating the design for our new first floor that we envisioned. She quickly ascertained our style preferences and made selecting tile, countertops, etc. a smooth and easy process. Her suggestions and expertise were essential in creating the living space that we are currently enjoying in our new home. As our project entered each new phase, we appreciated Ashley’s expertise more and more. Her creativity and communication skills are unparalleled. Thanks to Ashley, our new home is both beautiful in design and much more functional. It is a living space that we are so proud of and love using each day. In addition, Brian Preston is another reason why working with Normandy was the best choice we made. His daily communication and attention to detail made this project run smoothly. Each day, Brian was on site and working closely with his crew to ensure that all construction and installation was completed properly and on time. Brian made himself available to answer all questions we had and effectively communicated what work was completed that day and what work was scheduled for the rest of the week. The combination of Ashley Noethe and Brian Preston made Normandy the perfect team to complete our remodel. We cannot thank Ashley, Brian, and the entire Normandy team enough. We absolutely love our new kitchen and first floor. We would definitely work with Normandy again on any future home projects. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Normandy and would recommend them highly We engaged them, after evaluating multiple contractors, to completely redesign and remodel our two bathrooms. It was a lengthy process since we could only do one bathroom at a time. To add to the complexity, we changed the size of both bathrooms and had to relocate virtually every plumbing fixture and electrical element. We did our contract signing in September of '21, started the construction in April and were fully completed in July. Bryan Brisky was our main contact as the designer and we couldn't have been happier with his design ideas, helpful recommendations and communication. During our construction phase, Dave Imgrund was always there to manage all the loose ends with the trades (who were all excellent by the way) and to provide us with information about next steps and timelines. While we initially considered trying to manage this project ourselves; we are soooo pleased we choose to use Normandy's expertise and resources. It made a very disruptive remodeling project much less stressful and we are very pleased with the look and functionality of our two new bathrooms! If we have another remodeling need in the future, we will be using Normandy.

We hired Normandy to remodel our kitchen, which involved remodeling a substantial amount of our first floor as well (including the removal of two load-bearing walls). Normandy was great to work with! The designer helped us create a kitchen that we loved and worked with us all the way through. The construction crew was professional, prompt, and did great work. Our construction supervisor always took time to answer our questions and gave us routine updates on progress. We could not be happier with the result. Highly recommended.

I did not use this company, however the driver of one of the trucks driving in Iowa, almost caused an accident. It was a 3 lane I’m in the farthest left, he’s in the middle I’m passing and he turned on his signal and started to merge, literally 5ft from hitting us and didn’t even react, luckily I was able to hit the brakes and no one was behind me… buddy failed to even check his mirrors. Absolutely disrespectful. Needs to brush up on his driving skills !!
