Dr. Olin and his staff, makes each and every visit pleasant&comfortable. His front office staff- Jocelyn, Jamie, Leslie and Shanice are supportive, courteous and attentive. Dr. Komori, Shaniqua, and Alex were helpful&supportive in explaining details to some of my cares and concerns during my dental procedure(s). First let me start by stating that this is not my first bad experience with this office manager. The rest of the staff is great, but the manager - HORRIBLE! The first time I received a bill there was a charge for something I never received service for, she told me it was not possible. After review they removed the charge. The last time I was there in October 2021 I had to wait over an hour. She came in and apologized for the delay and told me someone would be right with me and I still waited. On 10/26/21 There was a state of emergency issued and they called me to ask me to come in earlier, at first I said Yes, hoping to make it there but then I had to pick up my mother and son since they were released early due to the state of emergency. Rahway public schools were closed. I called back the office and explained the situation to the manager and she said "Sorry if you do not come you will be charged a no show fee" During a state of emergency, when everyone was told to stay home??? lol yeah ok. Now I receive a bill for $35.00 for not showing up on a day that was declared in the state of NJ a state of emergency day..... OK guess she doesn't care to loose a patient and I was told I can not speak to no one else, she is in charge.... Everyone one else was great, but due to her rude obnoxious - power to her head "manager" I will be leaving and going somewhere else where people are treated with respect and consideration.

Dr. Olin is a very skilled and caring dentist. I have sensitive teeth, and my hygienist Arlene does a wonderful job with my cleanings. The office staff is pleasant and helpful, and there is a minimal wait once you arrive. I have been a patient here for many years and would highly recommend this dentist.

I had several great experiences with Dr.Jess over the past year I’ve been taking my daughter in. She is not an easy patient by any means and required a lot of in depth treatments - an extraction, filling and silver crown.. but the Dr. has always gone above and beyond with her patience towards her. The first attempt to do her crown, my daughter was very uncooperative and they were unable to work on her , they suggested going somewhere else to get sedated to be able to have her procedure done. I was nervous about it and asked them to please try again on another day and the Dr listened to me and agreed. The next time we came in my daughter did very well and I was so thankful and appreciative that they listened to me ,took the time and gave her a second chance. I don’t know of many dentists that would do that with such a difficult patient. My daughter was far better with the subsequent appointments and procedures and I believe it’s because they took the time and extra effort into making her feel comfortable. I highly recommend the office , the rest of the entire staff especially the dental assistant really do go out of their way to be there for patients.
