I reserved a truck from east meadow enterprise which by the time of my reservation the office was permanently closed. Freeport was recommended to me and I was well taken care of by Dana and on return by Ali. I highly recommend this office to rent your vehicle as you will be helped with a smile and helped through any inconvenience. I was so happy to get the truck they had which was a luxury infinity Qx80. Thank you for your kind service and prompt attention to my dilemma. This office is a total 5star from their rentals onto the staff. Thank you all again!

They deserve no stars. They're an absolute scam. I received a defective car and instead of taking money off or just keeping the original price they over charged me. I agree upon 9 dollars out of pocked along with my insurance paying 30 a day. I was only driving a little Nissan. I should have paid 261 out of pocket but they snuck in an additional 24 dollars. Instead of refunding my 24 dollars they offered 15. The car they gave me had gasoline pouring out if you tried to fill up the car. They told me I over filled the tank which makes no sense since every car will stop pumping on its own. the windshield whippers were shot and I had to pull over if rained heavy. Aside from those main issues the car was filthy and I actually found pot and a old vape in the car. so I guess they don't check or clean their cars. My whole experience was a nightmare and they charged me more then agreed upon. Extremely disappointed and will never use them again. UPDATE: Today I got a phone call from a manager named Richard. He was a sweetheart and refunded more than my loss. I paid nothing out of pocket in the long run. I'm beyond grateful. Thank you for doing the right thing.
