No one cares about the service they provide ,from the call center ,office clerks to management ,this place is a complete joke

This used to be a nice site. The clinical staff now are unfriendly and need better training. The generalized textbook responses are not good for a clinic as each case is not the same. It shows hpw much they do not care about their patients. Practice your advocate BOEs staff!!!!
