Horrible experience, the agents no help to anyone, this is the second time I come to this place and the first agent forgot to mention me in the first time that I have to bring back another information for make title transfer. All of them have bad actitud with the public and answers the questions with angry words. I hate this place.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 12:30, I arrived there at 12 and was told that I had to wait in a very long line outside. After about waiting in line for an hour, I heard that they were still taking care of individuals who had appointments at 10am. When I heard that, I left the line and went and did other errands that I needed to do. I even left the county. I was away from the line for about an hour and a half. When I came back they were just starting to attend to those that had appointments at 11am. My appointment was at 12:30. I left at around 3:30 after completing a 10 minute transaction. The system they have is this: 1: The security guard calls out your appointment time and if your appointment is within that time bracket you go to the front of the line. (There is no point of waiting in line since the guard calls your time and you just go straight to the front of the line) 2: After waiting a bit more in the front of the line, your time is called again, this time you go in (you have to have your appointment email out. They check that) 3: Inside, you wait in a short line and you are given a number after they check that your name is on their list. 4: Finally you sit until your number is called. They have a cutoff time for appointments everyday because they are backed up with so many people. If your appointment time is after the cutoff time they give you a pass. This pass is for you to come back the next day. You don't even have to wait in line and go straight into the building. This is what is contributing to them being so backed up. They should organize their scheduling system or maybe they should have one person taking care of those with passes while the others work on those who have appointments.
