Multicolor engages in the usage of temp hiring, a more expensive way of filling positions ASAP; in conjunction with direct hiring through their company website. If you are hired with the company you will likely have a good group of co-workers with extremely disjointed management that does not know what's happening. If you are a temp, you are on borrowed time until they fill your spot. I was the spot that they filled, and now I can not make rent. Make no mistakes, and don't fall for their "cares for their employees" lies. Morale is currently very low, as management does not act on an employee problem until the employee threatens to quit. Its fair work managed incompetently. Good luck.

Number pushers. No regard for safety. No one is on the same page with anything. Minimal training. Certain leads are always breathing down your neck and full of themselves. Majority of management are full of themselves. The more you know the more they abuse you. Met some cool people but a lot of people who were not. Thankful for the opportunity but glad I got out.

The shipping department has an awesome team. I pick up & deliver loads all over the contiguous U.S. & Ontario. Multi-Color's shipping team is the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone, including the boss, pitched in to make adjustments to the load & sent me on my way. It took less than 5 minutes. Thank you very much.

I worked here for 8 months and I was fired wrongly because of someone saying I was fired also unless you're absolutely perfect and don't make mistakes they will fire you. They literally made fun of you for the tiniest mistakes and they ridicule you for stuff you never did DO NOT WORK HERE
