Really 0 stars First of all they wouldn’t even help me. Told me they were closed & to go elsewhere although I was there 20 minutes before closing. I was sending an international box to my daughter and they wanted a custom form for every individual item. Room for 4 items on each form. Instead of just writing candy I was supposed to list candy corn lifesavers candy bars.-4 per form. Employee wouldn’t help figure out a more efficient way choosing instead to not help at all-walking away at one point. Last box I tried to send bounced around the US for 3 months & then came back to me. Now I’m denied even receiving service as per my right as a us citizen.

I always go out of my way to come to this post office because they have a wide variety of packages to choose from, and no matter how long the lines are, they usually speed through people and are efficient and kind. Today, a lady with medium length dark hair was super nice and it doesn't go unnoticed :)

I have had issues three times with the urbandale office. I have three kids around the country. One in North Carolina. One in Union Kentucky. One in Licking Missouri. Grandkids in two of the three states. We send holiday cards with money in them. One time for Christmas total was $750.00 dollars. None of them were received. When questioned at the post office there response. Send certified. The other times were minimal amounts. But to me where is the problem with deliveries. In my opinion they never left that office and they were never received

I have a package that that was delivered to this post office since December which was supposed to be returned to me in Huntsville, Alabama. I have not seen this package and up till today. I need someone or an email address that I can logged my complaints on.
