Very poor craftsmanship. No square walls. Does it fast and cheap. Bad lumber. They just bring in a unqualified crew build a floor and throw the walls up. If you have any idea of construction when they build a house take a square threw the framework and check. They expect the drywall to hide there mistakes. You will need to bring in another carpenter to repair the work if you don’t want your house to start cracking. Good luck with 16 inch center’s on studs. Doors were not screwed in. Floor was not level. Walls were not square. You might want to just higher a crew off the street and have them build it instead. Found spots that his crew had drawn gangster signs on the frame work. Had no idea what kind of people he uses.

They won’t even answer my calls/ or emails. They do not have the decency to email me back or call you back. Their website says they’re here for business and that they are open. I’ve called every number that they provided over the last three months nobody’s gotten back to me. It’s a horrible way to run a business. And if that’s any indication of how their homes are built I would not recommend this to anybody, ever!

The team travelled 200 miles to build our home. We have been in it over a year and I am ashamed of myself for not posting this sooner. The group that built our home was friendly and had wonderful work ethic. The standard of which they built our home was exemplary. The owner is honest and very easy to work with. They used our plans and will build as much or as little as you want. We plan on this to be our forever home, but if we ever do this again, they have the job. Seeing both sides of the contracting industry, I have never dealt with one as easy to work with as this company. Thank you Dennis and Matt for a wonderful experience, building a home is not easy but you and your team of builders made this something I'm not scared to do again. I will gladly post pictures if anyone would like to see.

Love the house. Great job. We had a drawing of what we wanted ( no blueprints) and they built off of those . Only had one confusion on a window and door location. When told they fixed it immediately no attitude or argument. Great team. Highly recommend Dillon shell homes
