We went many months ago. They were very nice and professional. Nice clean offices. Good quality houses.

Very well built. Very knowledgeable people on site and very helpful. It's not if I buy from Leland, just when 👍👍

Very pretty cabins and very nice people, but they are the absolute worst when it comes to communication. We were ready to purchase and waiting literally months for the final design and pricing. In fact, we still have never received the final design or price. I have called and emailed and just keep getting ignored. Their horrible response time has costs us months in wasted time. We will be going with another builder. Just imagine if there was something wrong with the cabin, they would likely never respond. Very disappointing because we really wanted to support a "mom and pop" establishment. They are just too busy to do it right.

We bought our cabin a year ago and paid cash in the fall of 2016. The day of our walk through Steve the sales manager mentioned that the air-conditioning unit was not working but he assured us it would be fixed prior to delivery. When confirming our delivery I asked if the air-conditioner had been fixed and was I told by Steve that it had not been fixed but he had a service agent already scheduled from a repair place close to my home site that would come out the day I had my electrical hooked up to fix the unit. He again assured me that if it wasn't fixed and told me I had a warranty from Lelands for a year and that Leland's Cabins would make sure my air- conditioner worked. 7 service calls later and one year to the day of my warranty being expired Leland's is still screwing me around. The wall unit leaks and left a blue streak down the pine board of my cabin that I couldn't be cleaned off. The entrance doors shifted so much after the cabin settled that I could not close them and when the Leland's carpenters came out to install the skirting they installed it without access doors. We keep calling and requesting for these issues to be repaired. Now after a full year of calls and complaints all made within my one year warranty they have waited me out and are now refusing to replace the unit! They now want to send out another Daiken specialist so that they can determine who is going to take responsibility, Daiken or Leland's. Why should I have to take off work for an 8th service call just for Lelands to try not to have to pay for replacing or repairing an air-conditioning unit that was known not to be working when it was installed. I have tried to work with Leland's Cabins which is why I am only now positing this review. I have given them multiple opportunities to take care of their mistake by allowing a known defective air-conditioner to leave their lot and be delivered. Do NOT do business with this place if you're expecting integrity, quality or to be treated fairly.

Julie, we do not have a Rent to Own program for our cabins. There are some good finance options available.
Yes they do
no they put them on your property.
