This review is for 2022, many reviews here are for previous years. Been going to this event for many years. The staff was great but the homes themselves just didn't have the usual wow factor you would expect for a 'Street Of Dreams'. The properties felt rushed and incomplete, dead landscaping, if there are supply and labor issues, would have been better to skip a year and then just advertise open houses once the homes were truly ready. Noticed things like warped bead board on one of the master bedrooms and uneven soffit roof lines. We only attended the Newberg location.

It was disappointing that there were no vendors available to talk with and very little supplier/vendor material available in the garages as in years past. And the McMinnville homes are loads better than any of the Newberg homes.
