The staff was friendly. The pool looked nice (though the hot tub was closed). That's where the positives stop. The room smelled like pot/smoke. Humidity was uncontrollable. Bed sheets and towels were old and crunchy feeling. Appliances were old, worn, rusty, and thhe outlets on the nightstand lamps were unusable. There were gnats flying around, and ants on the bathroom floor. There were what appeared to be small blood spots from bugs inside one of the nightstand lamps. The closet door constantly came out of the track. Aside from the disgusting room, breakfast was mediocre at best. Runny eggs. Half cooked bacon. And clearly cost savings was made on the quality level of other items. When we told the staff about the issues, all we got was a, "Oh. Sorry to hear that." Will definitely NOT be staying here next time. Spend a little more and got to ANY of the other hotels within 5 minutes of this place.

Positive: The soaking tub in the room was nice. Included breakfast was good. Negative: When we booked, we asked for a king and they gave us a full. The mattress was very hard with thin sheets and two tiny pillows. The towels were also tiny. The walls were super thin - we could hear someone¿s blaring country music at 5AM.

Positive: Bathroom tubs are whirlpool tubs. On the first floor. Enjoy the relaxation. Negative: Advertised heated pool and spa , pool was far from heated and the spa has been closed for about prior to pandemic staff said waiting on a part. Shouldn't advertise for amenities they no longer have....

It wasn’t terrible but you get what you pay for. Booking was easy and when checking in, the front desk clerk was incredibly helpful and nice. The hotel is pretty quiet minus the middle of the night banging on my door. Kids playing pranks maybe. Room was okay. Bathroom was not the cleanest and it had no ventilation which is a code violation. Also, if you are someone who cares about your health and wearing masks this is not the place for you. Most staff were not wearing masks or wearing them in a way that they are essentially useless. If it doesn’t bother you then go for it. To each their own. Location is good. Plenty of places within walking distance and at most a couple minutes driving. I personally will not stay there again.
