I wish I could get my money back I was given frozen freezer burn yellowfin tuna all the meat was very tough have one steak left I will do a video showing the cooking process and how tough it is. consumer affairs can request a refund

I purchased a package of mild links at Ralph's Market 7257 W Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90046.
The links are runny as if there are no binders. Is this normal?
