When I called the number, it is impossible to speak to a real person. I hated it! Why is there no option to speak to a real person?

The people at this ups site are phenomenal!!! They are friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile for their customer’s! I didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore!!!

They were very helpful! I had fresh flowers being delivered and when delivery got complicated they were willing to work with me to get them picked up.

I have an amazon order that has been out for delivery two days in a row and has ended up back in Slayton. I have been waiting for this and I’m just wondering what the deal is. Very frustrating

Personally on Monday, if you can, go to the ups warehouse and pick it up from there. I had orded a package and missed the drop off. They helped me but I had to go there and talk to them...I hope this helps
