Charlie, who leads the weekday morning shift, saved my life. I stopped in to pick up a package, and it was leaking white powder everywhere. Charle caught it, and went to work, snorting up that powder until there was none left. Afterwards, he very helpfully informed me that the suspicious white powder had been anthrax. I'm so lucky that Charlie had the training to deal with it appropriately. That other idiot, Ethan, probably would have just given me that highly dangerous package. Thanks, UPS!

I can't give a zero...I took the day off for a signature required delivery today. I was standing in my living room when the driver pulled up. I waited for him to come to my door with my package, except after about a minute, the truck left. The driver never came to my door and the tracking now indicates "Delivery Attempted". A total lie by any measure. You can't call because the only number given is a national 888 number. I spoke to UPS customer support and they said it would be escalated to the local depot and they would call me today. Surprise! They never called and now I have to take another day off. FedEx for the win.

No service was found. Call to tell them a problem. It will just be a bot with no way to talk to a person and your problems will NOT be solved. Instead your problem will be repeated back to you and then the bot will hang up. Going in is the only way to get anywhere and that defeats the point of having a number to call.
