The people that work there are SLOW!! Can't get an order right, ya order black coffee, you get it with cream and sugar...take it back, and the b***h working the window gets mouthy...customer service was no help!!! Won't be going there again!!!!!!

Even tho I came during a busy rush hour around mid morning/ lunch it was a tad bit slow but fast at the same time. Food came out yummy and my drink was good. A very lovely young lady that was handing out my stuff through the window was very polite and kind with a positive attitude while the whole place was under pressure! Everytime I come it's Great staff and friendly place! Would recommend

Service is quick, unfortunately DEPENDING on who is working depends whether or not you get your order the same as you always do. My mom used to be a manager there years ago, and even then I noticed EVERYONE makes drinks and coffees different. One time it can be just right, and then other times it's too sweet or too bitter. They need like semi-monthly retraining on drinks.

Wow, so many lackluster reviews for this Dunkin'. I would concur somewhat. Try not going on the weekend between 9 and 11, or you will be waiting a while. They do get slammed. However, I feel they have improved a bit over the years. I used to avoid this location entirely because coffee drinks tasted too bitter to me. Not anymore. On the other hand, I usually only order iced coffee with hazelnut and cream, and I think I used to have more of an issue with their iced espresso drinks. But hey, I love my drink, and it's made consistently every time. All of my food orders have been good also. In my personal experience, I find that the drive-through is better in terms of getting things in a timely manner.
