I'm a little late on this review. I stayed there before I went home to Florida. It was Christmas Eve. The first night I woke up, and I realized I'd been bitten by a bed bug. I called the front desk, and the manager working at the time was named Mike and he was eager to help everyone. He said the motel did not have a washer or dryer. He offered to let me use his washer, dryer, and to stay in the spare bedroom until my flight. Well, he lived in the townhomes just over the hill above the motel. I gave his information to my family and friends. I gave him money for his generosity. Disclaimer: In hindsight, I was not using my best judgement. However, I was in a vulnerable position and this seemed better than bed bugs. He ended up stealing everything and taking some money. Take everything I say with a grain of salt, because my experience isn't going to be everyone's.

The rooms are super clean, the staff was awesome very helpful and made sure every need was met. I would recommend staying here fair price and the location is beautiful. Would stay here again.

I will never stay at this hotel or any hotel run by your corporation ever again. I cannot believe that you would allow people to stay at such a disgusting overpriced Hotel and allow them to charge much more than what I originally booked the room for.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Sink, toilet & shower seemed clean unlike the rest of the room. Lots of hot water. The front desk staff during check in was friendly. Negative: 1st room wasn¿t cleaned after the last guests. 2nd room floors were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. No carpeting so no excuse for not washing the sticky goop & dirt off of floors. Too tired to change rooms again. Over priced for the poor quality.
