My favorite fries ever! And got to have the caramel frappe with EXTRA caramel and whipped topping..yum! Usually pretty quick service

I went through the drive through today and when I pulled away and looked in my bag, this was what they called a large fry! 😕😮😦🍟🍟🍟 I promise you I did not take any out before I took this photo! And there were no spills in the bag either! Also no napkins and about 1/4 cup of ice in the top of my drink. Not the greatest quality control apparently.

When are you going to take the time to properly train your staff to be polite and correctly fill orders? When they are not busy, maybe they could clean the piled up garbage in the corners and sweep the floor

The MacDonald's in Hornell is always slow, even with the simplest orders. It is not the customers, it is the management.

When is your drive threw time gonna cut down. You guys are slow. I’ll take my service to Burger King. 💯🙂

Well first of all Wegmans is the best option in Hornell and that particular McDonald's is among the worst I've ever experienced. Waited twenty minutes one time for coffee and tea. Apparently the employee did not know how to make hot tea. When we finally said something the employee admitted it and we had to instruct the person. I would not expect any improvement from that McDonald's. It also does no good too call anyone either. My wife has and got no where . The drive thru is supposed to be their number one priority by the way. McDonald's in Wellsville is just as bad.

Is it just me or does it take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to get any food or the line even move forward for the illusion that we'll be served soon?

I've never had a problem to where I've had to wait. If the lone is long then it takes time to prepare everyone's order and cook fresh food. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for fresh food.

Waited in drive thru line 7 minutes for cup of tea while employee chatted with truck in front of me while waiting for his food. And then he tried giving me wrong order. I asked what the #ed parking spots were for. said have a nice dsy
