Is it just me or does it take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to get any food or the line even move forward for the illusion that we'll be served soon?

I've never had a problem to where I've had to wait. If the lone is long then it takes time to prepare everyone's order and cook fresh food. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for fresh food.

Depends where you're ordering from...the drive through or inside the restaurant...people may have ordered before you so, that may be the hold up...it all depends what order your order is in......
