I have ordered a product through Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by USPS. They tried only once to deliver and then they cancelled the delivery and made different excuses saying they can't deliver. It's so inconvenient and unfriendly attitude.

Incredibly rude service. The 2 employees treat you like cattle and will literally complain that you didn't come prepared. While I was painfully trying to get a package shipped internally, the employee didn't bother to explain that cheaper options were available and made me feel that I was wasting their time. While being "helped", the person next to me was also talked to in a very dismissive manner while they were also trying to figure out the cheaper way to send a package. Next time, I won't even bother with trying to use the historical service and will go directly to FedEx and UPS - which if not cheaper, at least you get a smile while being helped.

Rickie was rude. I’ve was taking customers who weren’t in line because they were closer to him. I also go to UPS all the time and they provide tape for packages. I had to buy tape to adhere the label to the box. Poor customer service. Will not return.

My mailbox was broken, and I signed up an yellow form to hold. Unfortunately they didn’t hold my mails. I have no idea of whereabout of many important letters, as I get alert in my gmail. Such a poor service. For months my apartment mailbox was not repaired and I didn’t receive any mail since then. Thank you for serving to our community. It feels rude to leave such bad rating; but it’s the rating for the service provided.
