I went to this branch because I needed to do an urgent international wire transfer and wondered if someone in the bank could walk me through the process. Bolun not only explained the whole procedure but also very kindly offered to handle the issue in order to avoid possible mistakes I may make. It was such a relief and I really appreciate his help! I went to ask if I can transfer a check to a different account and the manager was super rude when I was just going to ask a question never going to this bank again.....so then I went to a different bank of America near here super nice..
