Donald truly makes your store shine!! I usually have install issues where things get put in but something else breaks or is loose and ends up costing another trip to fix the secondary issue. Donald Installed a new battery on my Chevy Silverado and was able to overcome any small unforeseen details in the work done by the manufacturer. After everything was finished it worked and it was placed there with hard work and a great attitude. Donald's dedication to getting things done right instead of right now is a member any manager should be proud to carry on their team.

Autozone Kelsey used to be my go to place until they changed their staff. The new new manager AL is very rude from the minute I walked in. I previously bought roaters from them but they were not the right ones for my car. So when I came to return them, AL said “No I don’t sNt to return them for you cause I said so” I had to go to the Kirkland one and thankfully Matt was able to help me very quickly and had me return them.

This morning I my battery died on me. Lucky for me I made it to work so I was not in desperate, but I needed a new battery to get home. After calling a number of places I quickly realized that all of the services that sell you a battery and bring it to you are crazy expensive. If I was stranded on the side of the road that would be one thing. I started to look online for a battery, found one at Auto Zone and then found Roadie to deliver the battery and new terminals. I got a call from the store saying there was was a small glitch and they did not have the terminals that the computer said they did. I just said, "just send me what you got, I really need these". When I got the parts it was perfect and they called and wanted to make sure that everything was good. Thank you!!

Thanks Lance Brya for helping me to change my wipers, replace coolant and other recommendations. I personally do not know anything about the cars and Lance was very patient with me. Great service.
