For the first time since I've opened my account I was told I had to deposit money in my account in order to get a money order. This caught me by surprise, since I have never been asked to put money in my account before. These we're two separate things. I was getting a money order with another card that has nothing to do with my checking nor savings........Baffled!!!!!!!!

I will never use woodforest bank again. It horrible since I'm a minior I'm link to my mom bank account which was in the negative . Which when I set up my bank account they fail to tell lie since my mom in the negative that my money will automatically go into her other negative account. I think it stupid that they been taking all my checks that I worked hard for that my money to give to the other account it my money not my mom . I wish they would have told me so I could have never set this back account up with them. Wish I could give zero stars for not telling me this info
