Complete and utter waste of time. Showed up for our appointment where there was multiple people waiting for what seemed like the same appointment time. The lady came out 10 mins late for our appointment. She was friendly enough but was dealing with other clients while we sat and waited. She then informs us that the simple thing we made the appointment to do they can’t do without the Branch Manager. Some excuse about how he’s on “salary” and therefore he comes and goes as he pleases. We then had to make another appointment where again they weren’t sure if the Branch Manager would be there to authorize our simple ask. She hands us a business card and asks that we email her to ask if he’s actually there on the day of our rescheduling….can anyone not just do their job anymore? How about making sure that the Branch Manager is there ? Like emailing him yourself instead of asking us to do your job. Also maybe he could be there during opening hours do we don’t waste our time twice? That or maybe if the Branch manager wants to take the day off etc. give your employees the access they need to do their jobs. We both arranged our schedules around this appointment. It would have been nice if our time was valued in anyway.

Very frustrating to have spent over 15 minutes looping through the annoying phone menu attempting to speak with someone in the office. You can't bypass the messages... and if you don't enter the prompt within ~10 seconds you get the "Thank you. Goodbye." and disconnect. I realize that banks in cities tend to be busy, but I find it incredulous that (a) you don't get placed in a queue to wait your turn, (b) have to keep entering 1 to go back to the main menu and then 4 "to speak with a Bank of America associate at this location", and (c) failure to do so disconnects you.

I used their ATM was charged $3.75 because I belong to a credit union but that's fine, however I went through their drive-thru to exchange a $20 for $5's that I just pulled from their ATM and they said they couldn't do that cuz I'm not a member! Wow! Bad business people and this is why people HATE CORPORATE AMERICA. They are not for the people!

I went to the bank today, to change dollars to a different currency since I will be traveling to another country and Jannette, refused to help me and kept telling me that I could order it online myself. I explained to her that I am aware of that but I was told that they can help me so the money will be delivered to them and I could pick it up from the bank. I tried to order the currency and it doesn't give me an option to pick up at the bank like she kept repeating. She was extremely rude and not willing to help. Very disappointing since I've been with this bank for so many years and never had I had such a bad experience.

It states they are closed Monday and Tuesday, open on Wednesday, 10A.M. The manager here said last time I was there that they were going through a pretty thorough cleaning process at all branches. I would assume this is what is going on. However, hours are available by typing in the bank and expanding on Google.
Walk inside and speak with a Teller or the Manager. The manager was helping with deposits for people waiting in line for a teller the last time I visited.
