50% of the time there's a temporary or part-time carrier on my route. Whenever one of them is doing our route, outgoing mail and packages don't get picked up-- even with scheduled pickups. This is ESPECIALLY TRUE when it's raining, and packages end up being left out much longer than necessary. Also in inclement weather, the temp/ part-timers won't deliver packages. It's disgraceful.

Absolutely awful service. The delivery person constantly doesn’t deliver the mail on time. Sometimes not at all. The annex will not answer the phone when you call. I went there twice today to try and get a package that was supposed to be delivered today that wasn’t. They wouldn’t call the delivery person to make them deliver the package like they were supposed to. Left my number and the tracking number with the people at the door. No call. I called there number while I was in the building and heard no ring inside. They have the ring turned off. Don’t expect any help and for these people to do the right thing.

Hi Alison! That depends on how long that you want the Carrier Annex to hold them for you? Normally though after fourteen days they return to sender the packages. Hope that answers your question ma'am? Best of luck!
Hello Ivan. Apologies for the delay in an answer to your question Sir. Unfortunately no. You'll have to go to the main post office downtown on S. 4th Street or the Loop as they call it to apply for a passport or you can go to a Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy just the same and see the folks in the photo center their. You can't miss the main post office though it's a large M & M Chocolate Brown and tan colored building directly across the street from Paducah City Hall. Hope that answers your question Sir?
