In Harrisburg Illinois, our cable is always going out .Sometimes for the whole day .Why ? ... How come every three months our basic Cable price jumps up . I see no specific reason for the price jump when basic Cable isn't worth $65 dollars a month . Also the reruns are driving me batty.Looks like with the price people must pay we would get some new movies to watch not rerun after rerun . I called last month to have it shut off. Now it's the beginning of the next month and they still haven't come and shut the money grabbing ripoff cable company plug off. I'm going to antenna TV . 🚫Never again will I get Media com.This has been the last straw.

My cable went out Wednesday. The technician was working on the pile behind my house and my cable and internet went out. This happens everyone they work in my neighborhood hood. Myself and my daughter use internet for college class. Due to Mediacoms fault I was without. But of course I had to wait three days to get it fixed. This is Friday and I am still waiting. Supposedly between 1 and three they will be here. This seems to be an on going thing with mediacom. My alarm system doesn’t work either as I need internet. I am not happy with mediacom at all.

I just got a 2 month bill and paid my 1st month to the technician when he was here and they have no record of it. Also my internet is continuously kicking us off. Im very unhappy w my service.
All you have to do is call him and I'll let you know I know there's certain areas in Benton that Mediacom doesn't go to, and I suspect that there's other places to
Don't have Mediacom anymore, so I'm not keeping up with them--sorry I couldn't help.
Or if your close to the office just swing in and they will give you a new remote instead of waiting a week for a tech.

Its hard to say. You would need to look on theor website snd see availavle areas. I would most likely say yes though.
Is this the remote to.your tv, or cable box? If it is not the original remote for the tv, I would suggest a simple Google search "remote control codes" based upon the tv brand. If it is a tivo system, press the tivo button on top, go to settings/help/system or remote. Reprogram your remote.
