Poor service department, we had leather defects on our Subaru Outback that were replaced on warranty. Within one year of the replacement the leather failed again. I took the car to the service department and they refused to consider the defect. Fast forward a few years later and another brand new Subaru purchase, we take our Ascent (2021) in for a repair because the side view mirrors are not functioning properly. Service department manager states that because we have used a drive through car wash, the warranty will not cover the repair. Though when we use the car wash we fold them in. Service manager also claims that the master technician can prove that the car wash broke the mechanism in the side view mirrors. I would expect more loyalty/willingness to help consumers than a complete disregard for faulty components on a car that we spent a significant amount of money on, and now is a safety hazard.

This was my first time purchasing a car with a dealership and they were LOVELY! Nick & Grant were wonderful. Grant talks to you like family or a close friend. No hassle, great customer service. Quick paced which I loved. Very pleased with my experience. And you can’t beat the deals there! The best I’ve found.

Repairs? They do not stand behind them. Last year my air compressor went out. 2015 subaru outback, I bought it brand new at this dealership and it needed to be replaced after 6 years. Ok. $1000 down. What I did not expect was for it to be 3 weeks past the 1 year warranty and it went out again! They would not give me any break on the bill. $1278.00! I hope I trade before it ends up going out again next year! I do love my subaru but this was ridiculous!
