I would like to give a shout out to Ayanna for working on my HVAC unit. This has been an ongoing issue dating back to the summer with my unit not working properly. She diligently worked on the unit determined to get to the bottom of the problem. She had others look at it, but she was the one that kept coming back everytime I put in a maintenance request. Ayanna followed up with me to check if my heat was working properly. She deserves to be treated to a big lunch or given a gift card. She is an excellent worker and used all of her resources to get my heat working properly. KUDOS to her.

I’ve lived here for almost ten years. I call this home. It’s quiet, roomy and peaceful. I am really impressed with the maintenance. The other day I left a voicemail message (after hours) first thing that morning maintenance was at my door! Unbelievable. Not only that but they treat you like family. I have mobility issues and the porter offered to come by if I have any trash that I need taken out. Although I haven’t used her offer it shows how they go beyond helping their tenants. I would definitely recommend Cascades Overlook!

I recently had a great experience with the Maintenance service team here at Cascade. I am a new resident a little shy of a month and Ayanna and Nate came into my apartment and exceeded my expectations not only with the work they performed but with their patience, excellent customer service and teamwork. They informed us each time as to where they were and what they were working on. Ayanna came back for a second visit and took care of my request and went out of her way to make sure the team had the right piece so that what she fixed was uniformed in my kitchen. My daughter had never seen a woman working in maintenance and how she worked with us and her coworker inspired myself and more so my 12 yr old daughter. Our overall leasing and move in experience with Mariann and Tiara was pleasant, inviting and informative. They still manage to go above and beyond to be of service when we need them. It has been a huge help being new to the area. We are so far enjoying our living space here at Cascade Overlook Apts.
