Lived here for almost 5 years now & I’ve never had any significant problems. They match up roommates pretty nicely. Every time I call in a maintenance request or call for a lock out they are almost always readily available. Also I’ve never had any problems with packages being delivered. They get delivered, I instantly get a text saying I have a package that needs to be picked up. Lastly, staff are very nice and informative. Great place to live if you are (or not) a student at SIUE!

My roommates and I just moved in on August 15th. On move-in day we found our apartment had not been cleaned. We reported that to the main office and almost immediately they had people over here cleaning and fixing whatever was needed. They also delivered a hand-written apology letter from the Manager and gift cards to Peel here in town. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome here and make up for move-in day. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone! We absolutely love Stacy and the rest of the Greenhill staff!

Friendly clubhouse staff, but the apartments are not worth the price. Cheaply built with errors.
