I had looked at 3 other Furniture Stores and then went to Kettleriver Furniture in Edwardsville. All the employees seemed very pleasant and were very ambiable!! Sheila was the one who very patiently (repeatedly) showed me the the different ‘versions’ of the type of couch that I was interested in. She gave suggestions but never pressured me in any way. My sister was with me and she mentioned that end tables would be nice; so Sheila took off looking for what I described to her the type (color & size, $ price range) that I’d like to look at. And she found them quickly, then checked if there was a 2nd one so I could put them at each end. I was thrilled that they had the ‘Flexsteel’ brand ! They seem to be the most durable and most comfortable!! My experience with them was very pleasing !!!

The very best in quality furniture. Flex steel furniture so well built to last a long time or a life time. Friendly and helpful staff - not pushy - walked the whole store and tried everything out by ourselves which is what we wanted - privacy settings we can try and visualize what we want. We've bought a beautiful credenza, dining room furniture, and now 2 flex steel chairs. Best prices and the only quality furniture store around!
